Come celebrate the Spring Equinox with a ceremonial sound bath and meditation!
The Spring Equinox (in the Northern Hemisphere) is a time for rebirth, alignment with the abundance of sunlight, a great time to connect with the return to buds on the trees, birds in the sky, animals scurrying around and more daylight hours.
Our session together will jump start you in alignment with the Spring frequencies.
Bring a mat or use one of ours. No experience necessary. All are welcome.
