why I am passionate about healing
Constance Korol is the founder of Meta 180®, a modern longevity and whole-person wellness practice helping individuals, families, executives, athletes, and organizations move from stress, depletion, and dysregulation into vitality, resilience, and sustainable performance.
With more than 30 years of experience across clinical nutrition, health education, integrative wellness, energy medicine, behavior change, and movement, Constance brings a rare blend of science, strategy, intuition, and lived performance experience to her work.
Her professional background spans clinical dietetics, holistic nutrition, executive marketing, wellness consulting, corporate education, energy medicine, public speaking, and endurance athletics. Before founding Meta 180®, Constance built a multidisciplinary career at the intersection of health, human behavior, communication, and transformation — giving her a practical understanding of what helps people change, recover, regulate, and sustain a healthier way of living.
Her background also includes wellness and nutrition consulting within luxury hospitality and high-performance corporate settings, including The Peninsula Spa in New York City and CS First Boston (now UBS). Earlier in her career, Constance produced high-level corporate events across major global markets — from Dubai, Shanghai, London, and Amsterdam to New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas, Toronto, Chicago, Boston, and other major North American cities. This experience gives her a refined understanding of executive life, private client expectations, global travel rhythms, and the demands placed on high-performing individuals and organizations.
At the center of her practice is the Meta 180® Method — an integrative framework focused on three levels of health:
The Physical Body
The Emotional Body
The Energetic Body
Through this method, Constance helps clients translate body signals, lifestyle patterns, stress load, recovery needs, nutrition rhythm, movement, emotional patterns, energy, and available health data into a personal protocol that supports real life.
Her private work may include nervous system regulation, biomarker-informed wellness strategy, holistic nutrition, metabolic support, Reiki and energy medicine, somatic and restorative movement, red light therapy, sound therapy, reflexology, breathwork, meditation, recovery practices, and lifestyle behavior change.
This is not a menu of services.
It is a whole-person strategy for living with more strength, clarity, energy, emotional regulation, and resilience.
