Constance Korol is the founder of Meta 180®, a holistic and longevity wellness practice helping individuals and organizations move from stress, burnout, and dysregulation into vitality, resilience, and sustainable performance.

Her work bridges longevity science, nervous system regulation, energy medicine, holistic nutrition, recovery practices, and lifestyle optimization. Through private 1:1 sessions, executive wellness advisory, public speaking, and professional trainings, Constance helps clients understand how the body, mind, and energy system work together to create lasting transformation.

At the center of her work is the Meta 180® Method — an integrative framework focused on three levels of health:

The Physical Body
The Emotional Body
The Energetic Body

Her private work may include biomarker-informed wellness strategy, nervous system regulation, Reiki and energy medicine, somatic and restorative movement, red light and sound therapy, reflexology, holistic nutrition, and metabolic support.

Constance’s background includes clinical nutrition, health education, integrative wellness, movement instruction, executive marketing, and endurance performance. She holds a B.S. in Health Education from Hofstra University, completed graduate studies in Nutrition at New York University, and has worked as a clinical dietitian, wellness consultant, speaker, and educator.

She is also a Reiki Master, Energy Medicine Practitioner, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Movement Instructor, and two-time Ironman finisher.

Her forthcoming book, Energy Blueprint: A 3-Body Method to Reclaim Physical Strength, Emotional Balance, and Spiritual Power, expands the philosophy behind Meta 180® — helping people reclaim strength, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with vitality.
