why I am passionate about healing
Constance Korol is a Private Longevity Advisor and creator of Longevity Architecture™, the proprietary framework behind the Meta 180 Method®. She advises high-performing individuals seeking to transform complex health information into a sustainable strategy for long-term vitality, resilience, and performance.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning clinical nutrition, stress physiology, behavior change, and integrative health, Constance serves as a strategic integrator for clients whose access to exceptional medical care has outpaced their ability to synthesize it into everyday life. Rather than adding another protocol, she helps clients connect the many moving parts of modern health into one clear, personalized strategy.
Her professional foundation includes clinical dietetics in acute hospital systems, executive wellness consulting, and global event production—experiences that shaped her understanding of how high-performing professionals function under sustained pressure. Throughout her career, she has advised executives, professionals, and members of organizations including CS First Boston and The Peninsula Spa in New York City, developing firsthand insight into executive travel, decision fatigue, and the cumulative effects of chronic stress on long-term performance.
At the center of her advisory practice is Longevity Architecture™, an integrated framework that unites the physical, emotional, and energetic dimensions of health into one cohesive system. Through the Meta 180 Method®, Constance helps clients translate biomarker data, wearable insights, medical recommendations, and the body's own signals into practical daily decisions that support sustainable performance, meaningful longevity, and a higher quality of life.
A two-time Ironman finisher and lifelong endurance athlete, she believes recovery is not passive—it is a strategic requirement. Her work is grounded in the understanding that resilience cannot be achieved through isolated interventions but through the intentional integration of physiology, behavior, recovery, and purpose.
In addition to her private advisory practice, Constance is an Adjunct Lecturer at Long Island University, an integrative provider on the Holistic Services Team at Northwell Health's Cohen Children's Medical Center, and a mentor for the NASDAQ Entrepreneur Center. She is a frequent speaker on longevity, executive recovery, nervous system regulation, and sustainable performance, presenting for corporations, healthcare organizations, universities, and nonprofit institutions, including, AABR, St. Josephs University, Phipps Houses and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Her perspectives on longevity, recovery, and human performance have been featured in The Purist and GOSS Magazine. She is the author of the forthcoming book, Energy Blueprint: A 3-Body Method to Reclaim Physical Strength, Emotional Balance & Spiritual Power.
